Frequently Asked Questions

There is cell service at the cabin, but it is minimal. You will often get a few bars, but don't expect full coverage everywhere on the mountain. We recommend downloading any maps, entertainment, or other content you may need before heading up.

Yes, pets are welcome at the cabin! We just ask that you please pick up after your pets on cabin property. Help us keep the grounds clean for everyone.

The cabin is open seasonally due to snow and weather conditions on the mountain road. The season runs from May through October. Bookings outside of this window are not available.

In the event of an emergency, call 911 first. The nearest hospital with a dedicated emergency department is:

Sevier Valley Hospital (Intermountain Health)
1000 North Main Street, Richfield, UT 84701
☎ Emergency: (435) 893-4176
Level IV Trauma Center — approx. 45 min from Koosharem

The cabin is supplied by an underground spring/well located up the road from the cabin. Water is accessible via a communal spigot shared with neighboring cabins.

Please be mindful of others when using the spigot, and always turn it off completely when you are finished.
